トーマス・アルバ・エジソン（1847年2月11日―1931年10月18日）は、アメリカの発明家であり実業家である。

彼は、電力の発電、音声記録、映画といった分野で多くの装置を開発した。蓄音機、映画撮影機、そして初期の電球などに代表されるこれらの発明は、近代の工業化社会に広範な影響を与えた。

Thomas Alva Edison (February 11, 1847 – October 18, 1931) was an American inventor and businessman.
